Sending the equipment in:
 
Make sure the equipment is securely packed in a box, please do not send in equipment in a jiffy bag.
 
Information required when sending your equipment in for repair/service:  Equipment is booked in on the day of arrival. 
You will  receive an SMS or e-mail advising you the equipment has been received, the job reference number and if applicable details pertaining to the payment of the quote fee. Please keep the job reference number for inquiries.

Couriers and Australia Post deliver to our in-coming goods department located on the ground floor.
 
 
Returning the equipment via courier:
 
Our Dispatch department will make sure the equipment is securely packed in a box and clearly labelled.   
We will require a PO BOX address or Business address for the courier to deliver to. The parcel has to be signed for.
 
Delivery times: generally it is a next day delivery, rural areas please allow two or three days.
Delays may occur.
 
 
Responsibility while in transit:
 
We hold no responsibility for customers goods while in transit. We chose to use Startrack and Couriers Please as our common couriers. Freight is to be paid by the customer or the customer can choose their own courier company to collect their equipment. Units under manufactures warranty (depending on the manufacture) return freight costs are covered by the manufacturer. Startrack delivers Australia wide, general delivery time's next day or remote areas 2 to 3 working days. Customer return address must be a PO Box or business address; there must be a person to sign for the parcel.
